I quite like the colors. The only real complaint (and I'm not too good of an artist myself, so I could be wrong) is that the brush is out of place some places.

Yeah, you're right. Just started using sai (I worked with it a tiny bit back like last year) so still trying to get the hang of it. The interface is quite annoying.

It's pretty good body-wise, but what I would do is bring the eyes down a tad. Her face just looks awkward to me.
